    摘要:

    针对捷变频雷达载频在一定频带内不断变化导致干扰方不能有效跟踪雷达频点的问题,提出了一种基于Q 学习算法的捷变频雷达频点跟踪决策方法。通过分析强化学习的自主学习特点,将Q 学习的思想映射于频点跳变系统中,并设计了频点跟踪与决策的算法流程。以某频点跳变策略为基础,分析捷变频雷达及干扰方干扰的频点跳变状态,构建频点状态序列,通过仿真验证该算法的有效性。仿真结果表明,该方法能够利用侦察得到的捷变频雷达频点信息自主学习频点跳变规律,完成对捷变频雷达频点的跟踪,并依据学习到的跳变规律实时做出干扰频点决策。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the jammer can not track the frequency agile radar frequency effectively due to the constant change of signal carrier frequency in a certain frequency band, the frequency tracking decision of frequency agile radar method based on Q learning is proposed. By analyzing the autonomous learning characteristics of reinforcement learning, the idea of Q learning is mapped into the frequency hopping system, and the algorithm flow of frequency tracking and decision-making is designed. Based on a certain frequency hopping strategy, the frequency hopping states of frequency agile radar and interferer are analyzed, and the frequency hopping state sequences are constructed. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the method can learn the frequency hopping rule autonomously by using the frequency hopping information of the frequency agile radar obtained by reconnaissance, complete the frequency tracking of frequency agile radar, and make interference frequency decision in real time according to the learned hopping rule.
