Abstract:According to the precise measurement requirement of radar cross section (RCS) for low scattering targets in complex on-site environment, a clutter elimination method based on spatial-temporal-frequency multi-domain processing was proposed. By employing inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging, distance gate selective filtering and multi-channel interferometric imaging, the proposed method efficiently eliminated the effects of fixed background clutter, multipath clutter, target-ground coupled clutter.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves high precision RCS measurements for low scattering targets in complex environments, providing support for on-site RCS evaluationof large low scattering targets.
