分析了相控阵天线阵元的主要相位误差源，给出了相控阵天线差波束指向误差与天线阵元相位误差之间的关系式。仿真结果表明，该关系式能够用于准确计算相控阵天线差波束指向误差，可为高波束指向精度相控阵天线设计提供参考。

Abstract:

The main phase error sources of phased array antenna elements were analyzed. The relationship formula between difference beam pointing error and antenna element phase errors was derived. The simulation results show that the relationship formula can be used to accurately calculate the beam pointing error of phased array antennas, and can provide reference for designing high-precision beam pointing phased array antennas.
