    随着增材制造技术的迅猛发展,点阵结构因其轻质、高比强度以及优异的抗冲击性能,在航空航天等尖端工程领域展现出广阔的应用前景。首先,简要探讨了点阵结构与增材制造技术之间的天然适配性,阐明了两者结合的技术优势。随后,系统梳理了工程领域中用于评估点阵结构力学性能的主要方法,其中包括基于Maxwell准则的力学性能评价技术,以及依托均匀化法的力学性能预测技术。最后,剖析了点阵结构在轻量化设计和抗冲击性能优化两大方面的显著优势,为相关领域的结构设计提供了重要的参考依据。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid advancement of additive manufacturing technology, lattice structures have demonstrated broad application prospects in high-end engineering fields such as aerospace due to their lightweight properties, high specific strength, and excellent impact resistance. Firstly, the inherent compatibility between lattice structures and additive manufacturing technology was briefly discussed, and the technical advantages of their integration were elucidated. Subsequently, the primary methods used in engineering to evaluate the mechanical properties of lattice structures were systematically reviewed, including assessment techniques based on the Maxwell criterion and prediction methods utilizing the homogenization approach. Finally, the significant advantages of lattice structures in lightweight design and impact resistance optimization were analyzed, providing important references for structural design in related fields.
