Abstract:With the rapid advancement of additive manufacturing technology, lattice structures have demonstrated broad application prospects in high-end engineering fields such as aerospace due to their lightweight properties, high specific strength, and excellent impact resistance. Firstly, the inherent compatibility between lattice structures and additive manufacturing technology was briefly discussed, and the technical advantages of their integration were elucidated. Subsequently, the primary methods used in engineering to evaluate the mechanical properties of lattice structures were systematically reviewed, including assessment techniques based on the Maxwell criterion and prediction methods utilizing the homogenization approach. Finally, the significant advantages of lattice structures in lightweight design and impact resistance optimization were analyzed, providing important references for structural design in related fields.
